In Payments section, you’ll see a list of your payouts and their current status. Here’s what each status means:
Pending
The payout is being prepared and hasn’t been submitted to the bank yet.
In Transit
The payout has been submitted to the bank and is now being processed.
Paid
The payout was successful and the money should have arrived in your bank account.
Failed
The transaction failed. This can happen due to incorrect bank details or technical issues. In some cases, a payout may briefly appear as paid before changing to failed.
Canceled
The payout was canceled and will not be processed. You may need to update your payment information.

If you see a failed or canceled status, make sure your payment details are correct by going to My Account > Payment Information, or contact [email protected].
