API access for creating products and more

Some Creala plans include API access for creating products and other endpoints. Learn how to request it through [email protected].

Written by Os Sanchez

Overview

Some Creala plans include access to our API. With it you can create products programmatically and use other endpoints from your own systems, instead of doing everything by hand in the dashboard.

API access is not turned on by default. It is enabled per account, on request.

How to request API access

  1. Write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your Creala account.

  2. Tell us you would like API access enabled.

  3. Briefly describe what you want to build, for example creating products in bulk or connecting Creala to your own platform. This helps us point you to the right endpoints.

Our team will check whether your plan includes API access and, if it does, enable it for your account and send you what you need to get started.

What if my plan does not include it?

Write to [email protected] anyway. We will let you know which plans include API access and how to switch.

If you only need to be notified when a sale or subscription event happens, you may not need the API. See the Webhooks Integration Guide.
