To keep our platform safe, legal, and in compliance with global regulations, some types of products and services are not permitted on Creala. These restrictions are defined in collaboration with our payment processor partners (such as Stripe) and regulatory frameworks.

Prohibited Content

Creala does not allow:

• Illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content (including scams, phishing, or disinformation)

• Content that harms, harasses, or intimidates others

• Content promoting hate, discrimination, or violence

• Content that violates the privacy or intellectual property of others

• Malware, viruses, trojans, or code intended to damage or infiltrate systems

• Promotion of high-risk or dangerous behavior, such as self-harm or unlicensed pharmaceuticals

Illegal products and activities

• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or substances designed to mimic drugs

• False IDs or reference services

• Telecom jammers or signal manipulation devices

• Promotion or celebration of violence or hate

• Anything illegal in your jurisdiction

IP infringement

• Unlicensed sale or distribution of music, movies, software, or content

• Counterfeit or unauthorized branded products

• Products or services that violate trademarks, copyrights, patents, or privacy rights


Fraudulent or deceptive services

• Pyramid schemes or “get rich quick” scams

• Reselling services without added value

• Sale of fake internet traffic or engagement

• Aggressive telemarketing tactics

• Shady credit repair, mortgage or investment “advice”

• Paid mugshot removal, ghostwriting, chain letters

• Any business deemed misleading, abusive, or unethical

Adult content and services

• Pornography, explicit media, or adult literature

• Escorting, sexual massage, adult live chat

• Strip clubs, cabarets

Restricted legal services

• Law firms raising funds for non-legal purposes

• Bankruptcy lawyers, bail bonds

Weapons & hazardous materials

• Firearms, explosives, fireworks, ammunition

• Toxic or radioactive substances, research chemicals

Gambling

• Betting sites, sweepstakes, fantasy leagues with prizes

• Lotteries and bidding-fee auctions

Cannabis and derivatives

• Cannabis products or services

• CBD or THC-based products

• Distributors or online sellers of marijuana

Financial services

• Loan or brokerage services

• Buy now, pay later offerings

• Crowdfunding or debt collection agencies

• Insurance services

• Money transfers, FX, and digital banks

Government services

• Sale of government grants or licenses

• Embassies and foreign consulates

Telemedicine & pharmaceuticals

• Online pharmacies, prescription-only products

• Telehealth without proper authorization

Tobacco

• Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping liquid

Other restricted services

• Credit card or identity theft protection

• Travel clubs, timeshares, cruise services

• Virtual currencies, crypto mining or resale

• Prepaid SIMs, virtual items from video games (unless you’re the operator)

• MLM or referral-based commission schemes

• Shipping agents, drop-shipping

• Charity raffles used solely to raise funds
